John W. Reynolds Jr., CPCU, is Vice President-Agency
Development for SAFECO Insurance Companies, Seattle, WA. In this
capacity, he is responsible for a variety of services, including
training and consultation, to help independent agents and financial
advisers who represent SAFECO build effective sales organizations.
Reynolds is a member of the Society's Pacific Northwest Chapter,
and has held a number of chapter offices, including the presidency.
Nationally, he has served on several committees and was very instrumental
in the Society's governance transition process as a Transition
Team Leader. In addition, Reynolds served as the Society's 2000-2001
president-elect and 1999-2000 vice president and has been a national
director and regional vice president. He is a member and past
president of the Society of Insurance Trainers & Educators.
